Tailored Training

FM Intelligence provides an array of Learning and Development (training) courses in all areas associated with facilities, property, asset management and real estate. Our courses can be conducted for either general public attendance or structured to meet the specific in-house needs of your organisation. Participation can be certified via an examination or assignment, if required.

All FM Intelligence courses are designed to assist individuals and organisations in their quest for efficient and effective management strategies in the above noted fields. Our teaching methods are inclusive and encourage participant involvement and engagement.

Over the past 30 years, FM Intelligence founder Duncan Waddell, has conducted numerous international training courses within all sectors in the property industry, including commercial offices, shopping centres, high rise residential and low rise community estates, health, education, and many others. FM Intelligence holds the exclusive license to deliver all Property Council of Australia (PCA) training courses across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
